Frequently asked questions
Is it the same as the relaxing massage?
No. The relaxing massage uses gentle techniques to rest; the deep tension relief massage works in depth on the knots and tension in the back, neck and shoulders.
Does it feel intense?
It is a deep-pressure massage, firmer than the relaxing one. If at any point you want less pressure, say so and we adjust it.
